Delivery and delivery date:
Because these soaps are completely handmade, the delivery date is always agreed upon in consultation. There is usually stock available, but in exceptional cases additional soaps may need to be made. These then need sufficient time to dry before they can be shipped. We therefore recommend placing your order in good time, so that we can agree together on a suitable delivery date.

Because these soaps are handmade, each piece is slightly different and therefore unique. The colours, fragrances and finish may vary slightly from soap to soap, which is part of the charm of handmade work. The weight may also vary slightly due to the natural drying process. This means you will not receive completely identical factory-made products, but artisanal soaps with their own character.
